Pier 39 event is a idea I came up with to socialize my kittens during slow months where there are not many local shows to attend. It is also a gateway activity to my dream of opening up a Cat Cafe/Lounge. I started setting up my pop up tent on Saturdays late June of 2023 and have decided to make this a regular Saturday event.
People and families are able to hold kittens for 15 mins for $6 per person on cute little beds. They can pick them up, play with them or let a kitten take a nap on their lap. I do not have an age limit. I supervise every interaction and make sure each kitten is comfortable and wants to be held.
Kittens become extremely used to being handled, traveling in a carrier and numerous noises and people!
The joy I see on everyone's faces has been the greatest joy of all.
My aim is to attend every Saturday as long as weather permits. However there may be times where I don't have any kittens, kittens just got spayed/neutered or I won't be able to attend for personal reasons. I expect less scheduled appearances during the fall & winter.
If you're wanting to plan a trip to see my kittens please see this schedule. I will do my best to keep it up to date!
Times are from 10am-5pm. I recommend coming before1pm as the kittens are the most awake and there isn't much of a crowd!
I strive to pick only the best temperament in my Queens and Kings. My cats are bred for show/alter and meet the requirements for CFA & TICA. All of our cats are genetically tested for HCM, PKD1 & FeLv/Fiv are clear, plus more. My cats are imported from breeders in China and USA. I feed our cats a high quality raw diet for the best coat and healthiest kittens possible. While I am still new and developing our lines since 2020, I aim to produce winning show quality kittens in California!
My cats are adored and spoiled by my husband and I Kittens sleep in the bed with us and are a cherished part of our life. I brush my cats teeth, groom them every day, and all our kitties have regular check ups at our local vet. All our kittens are handled from day one and exposed to a variety of sights, sounds and smells. They are experience cat shows, visitors, Pier 39 pop up and daycare visits with children ages 4-8
We look all over the globe to find the highest quality ragdolls. Our first criteria is exceptional temperament and health. We then review proper structure and ideal breed appearance. Finally the most important aspect is our dedication to our ragdoll families. Our goal is to have 100+ positive reviews of happy families with the kitten of their dreams.
All kittens are raised in our bedroom from day 1.
Week 1: Initially begin with short intermissions of petting all areas of the kitten’s body softly (paw pads, belly, tail, around the face).
Week 2: We gradually start to extend the holding & frequency time and continue to expose kittens to various day to day noises.
Week 3: Kittens eyes are now fully open and kittens are more comfortable being held longer. At this time my husband and I will carry a kitten around the house or while watching tv. I extend the duration of holding time.
Week 4: Kittens are now comfortable being held for minutes to hours at a time. They get to experience music, vacuum, kids talking, dogs barking. I also start practicing "brushing teethe" with a q-tip. It's very important to do a variety of exposure before a kitten develops independence.
Week 5-8: Kittens are exploring and becoming very playful. I now take them to different rooms of the house to explore and encourage cuddling on the bed. They are used to more 'aggressive handling' and are comfortable with all types of interaction. At this time they receive their first bath while using a lickable cat treat. They will receive 2-3 baths before going home.
Week 8-12: Kittens are still being held daily, kissed very frequently and interreacting with guests. During this time the kittens will visit a local Daycare 1-2 times. They will have children of ages 4-8 holding and paying them. They will also be able to go to cat shows and have 50-100 people holding them! I make sure all kittens have acquired appropriate grooming & litter box habits and are outgoing & ready to adjust to their new homes. During this time they sleep in the bed with my husband and I. I absolutely love this age where I can wake up to purring faces.

I usually show mom their nesting area 1-2 weeks before due date. I change the bedding daily, assist in birthing and administer supportive care such as milk replacement.

Everyday I spend atleast 30 mins-1 hour per litter handling and socializing every kitten.
Every one to two days I change bedding, scoop litter, sanitize toys, bath messy kittens and clean up food from raw feeding (it can get messy!).

This new addition is my kitty staging room. It allows me to take super clean & cute pics at all times of the day. I use it make stories, youtube videos or just get some one on one time with a kitty.
I currently have multiple (not so aesthetically pleasing) catios in use, however things are about to change! I am working on building a 450 sq Ft deck to for a huge walk in catio that my whole family can enjoy. I will keep this page updated with its progress!

Jordan and her husband Josh, the founders of Ragalicious, are a young couple with a love for Ragdolls. Jordan casually bred pet quality Scottish folds since she was a teenager, but always admired and fell in love with the Ragdoll breed. Years later Jordan met Josh and connected over their love of the breed. Jordan began searching for over 2 years for the best breeders, conformation and temperament. Jordan connected with many Ragdoll breeders and eventually found two breeders. She started their cattery in January 2021 and adopted from China Breeder Selene Ragdolls & Codfish Cattery. To Josh and Jordan, their cats are not only pets, but beloved family members. They're cats have full access to their home and are a cherished part of their lives.
