I first fell in love with Ragdolls when I was 16 years old—even though I only ever had dogs growing up! My mom has always been a huge animal lover, and she really nurtured my love for raising and fostering kittens.
When I was a teenager, I got my very first pedigree cat—a Himalayan seal point—and I loved her to pieces. I hobby bred her with a Scottish Fold for a few years, just learning as I went and soaking up everything I could about cats.
Then, when I was 20, I met my husband Josh. We eventually got married and made the big decision to invest in quality show Ragdolls. That same year, I went to my very first cat shows, and it was such an eye-opening experience. I learned exactly what the judges were looking for in a traditional Ragdoll—especially the importance of a sweet, easygoing temperament and that signature soft “bunny” coat Ragdolls are known for. Those two traits have remained at the heart of my breeding goals ever since.
Josh and I dove headfirst into making sure our cats were not just beautiful and well-socialized, but also incredibly healthy. We became total nerds about feline nutrition—especially because Ragdolls tend to have sensitive stomachs. I quickly became obsessed with learning everything I could about raw feeding, and now I love helping other Ragdoll families understand and feel confident about it too.
Every evening, Josh and I do the cat chores together, and yes—we give each cat their own bedtime kisses. I seriously couldn’t do this without him. He loves these cats just as much as I do, and together, they’ve become our whole world.
I am a bit of a perfectionist! I always want my cats and kittens to be super clean. I am very on top of illnesses and problems, doing my due diligence so you can feel safe and happy with your kitten. Ofcourse this means ALL my cats are genetically tested for HCM, PKD1 and do not have a history of FIP in their lines. I do not breed any cat that is sick, a carrier for any diseases or possesses any undesirable behavior trait.
My health guarantee and contract reflect how much I believe in my cats. I guarantee for FIP and any genetic illnesses till the age of 3. I am always ready to help at a moments notice.
My cats are adored and spoiled by my husband and I. Once the Kittens are litter trained they are allowed free access to my living & dining room.
They are a cherished part of our life. I brush my cats teeth, groom them every day and all our kitties have regular check ups at our local vet. All our kittens are handled from day one and exposed to a variety of sights, sounds and smells. They are experienced with cat shows & kitten cuddle visitors!
My kittens are NEVER locked in a bathroom or bedroom and forgotten. They don't hiss and hide under the bed because they are used to being around commotion & guests!. My cats are not caged, or unhealthy from being fed a poor nutrient kibble diet. I raw feed because it's what's best for them & their future owners. It's definitely not the easier route, but I spare no expense for them!
Ragdolls are known for their sweet, gentle nature—and yes, that ultra-soft, bunny-like coat! While the breed standard gives us a clear idea of how a Ragdoll should look and act, the truth is, every Ragdoll has their own unique personality.
Some are total lap cats, others prefer to cuddle on their own terms. Some are outgoing and playful, while others are more laid-back and observant. Because personality matters so much, I have all my adopters fill out a “Temperament & Traits” form once their kitten is old enough. These results are posted on each Queen’s profile to help future families get a better feel for what to expect in upcoming litters. It’s not an exact science (kittens love to surprise us!), but I want to give you as much insight as I can.
When it comes to choosing my mamas and dads, here’s what I personally require:
My focus is on raising Ragdolls that are not only beautiful, but genuinely easy to live with—loving, relaxed, and a joy to be around. Because you’re not just adopting a cat—you’re adding a new member to your family.
Weeks 0–2: Kittens are born in my cozy kitten rooms, tucked safely inside a soft, enclosed pop-up fabric birthing tent. The room is kept at a toasty 81 degrees, and each mama has her own comfy pen. I use fresh, washable pads and weigh the kittens every single day to track their growth. During these early days, mamas sometimes try to “relocate” their babies (classic mom move), so I make sure they don’t have the option to roam too far.
My husband and I check on the kittens constantly—seriously, it feels like every hour—just to make sure they’re comfy and warm. I also begin gentle handling during this stage: quick, light touches on their paws, bellies, tails, and little faces to help them get used to being touched. These early days are all about letting them grow with small periods of handling. We all love to talk to your kitten and they quickly recognize our voices.
Weeks 3–4: By now, their eyes are fully open and they’ve discovered their voices—so much meowing! They start wandering outside their nursing box and become more aware of the world around them. They go totally limp when held (true Ragdoll style) and start loving kisses and cuddles.
We carry them around the house during chores or while doing computer work, and begin gentle “stress training,” like brief upside-down holds and more paw-handling. We also start playing puppy desensitization videos on YouTube to get them used to all kinds of household sounds. Around the end of week 4, they’re introduced to raw food and their first litter box, though they’re still mainly nursing. Once 4 weeks they even get short breaks out in the living room with the big kitties!
Weeks 5–8: Now the real fun begins! Kittens are full of energy, exploring new rooms in the house and starting to develop their own little personalities. I encourage them to cuddle on the bed, though results vary—some kittens settle in for a nap, others… have strong opinions and let me know with loud meows!
Handling becomes more interactive at this stage. They’re used to being picked up in all kinds of ways, and we begin their grooming journey with their first bath (paired with a lickable treat, of course). They’ll usually have 2–3 baths before going home. This is also when friends and guests start visiting to help with socialization—more snuggles, more fun, and more learning.
Weeks 8–10: The kittens are now full-blown members of the household. They’re still being held and kissed daily and are super comfortable with guests, thanks to our Kitten Cuddle Visits. They’ve been introduced to the Petkit Automatic Litter Robot and now get to roam the living room like tiny royalty.
We do a little “carrier training” to help them get used to their individual carriers, and I continue reinforcing grooming habits, litter box use, and gentle play. By now, they’re confident, social, and ready to take on the world (or at least the couch).
Weeks 11–14: During this time, kittens are spayed or neutered and go through one last health check to ensure they’re in perfect shape for their new homes. They’re totally litter trained, well-socialized, and fully used to being groomed—nails, brushing, the works.
By the time they leave, they should be relatively easy to handle and used to everyday life in a busy, loving home. I always remind adopters that continued handling is so important—if you don’t use a skill, you lose it! So keep up the kisses, cuddles, and brushing when they’re home with you.

I keep the moms with their newborns in one of my two kitten nursery rooms. There are ring cameras aimed at each pen and with the help of my husband and kitty helpers we all check on & handle the kittens multiple times a day.
I change the bedding & weight kittens daily, assist in birthing and administer supportive care such as milk replacement.
I keep the rooms quiet and protected from draft so the comfort of mama. This room is kept toasty at 83 degrees.
The moms that get along can raise their kittens together. Each mom has access to come and go as she pleases from the kitten’s wooden acrylic playpen once kittens reach 4-6 weeks of age. Mom's usually spend less and less time with kittens as they start to wean. All kittens are started on raw as early as 3-4 weeks! No special recipe is need

I use washable peepads and flushable cat litter for training kittens. Once kittens are 5-6 weeks I add in toys and scratchers. Everyday I spend atleast 30 mins-1 hour per litter handling and socializing every kitten. This does not include the time my husband or helpers also spent with them!
At 6 weeks, the kittens get to spend supervised play time with their older siblings. They gain a ton of confidence this way!
Every 1-2 days I change bedding, scoop litter, sanitize toys, bath messy kittens and clean up food from raw feeding (it can get messy!).
All kittens learn how to use Petkit automatic litter boxes at 10+ weeks before leaving. I also have a TV in the room that plays desensitizing sounds throughout the day.

Almost every other day I swiffer floors, comb kitties, clean water fountains and carpet clean cat trees. Once a weeks I clip nails. Every 2-6 months I deep bathe each adult kitty. My cats are never caged except when birthing or a new cat is being quarantined awaiting test results. My cats who get along all live together! This can include rotating cats who do not 'mark' between bedrooms.
My male cats deserve pampering too! While they are not allowed to free room due to heavy spraying, each male has their own living quarters with their own window, their own robot, water fountain, and several wall cat shelves with scratching posts! I try to keep my males for only a reasonable duration, so they can continue to live a happy pampered life after their breeding career. ☺️
When you adopt one of my Ragdoll kittens, you’re not just bringing home a new family member—you’re also gaining a lifelong support system. I want you to know that you can always reach out to me with questions, concerns, or just to share updates about your kitty. You’re never bothering me—I truly love staying connected with my adopters and helping in any way I can.
As your breeder, I strive to be your first line of defense.
Whether it’s advice on feeding, health concerns, or simply understanding your kitten’s behavior, I prefer to be involved and offer my expertise rather than leaving you to navigate YouTube or rely solely on your vet. I’m here for you because I’m passionate about the health and happiness of your kitten and want to make your experience as positive and stress-free as possible.
