From the moment Remington stepped into my home as an adult, he made it clear—he belonged here. It took him a moment to settle in, about 3 months to be himself. Once he felt like he was home, he became comfortable and SO obsessed with us. He gets lonely when left alone and just wants us to be near him 24/7.

Remi is my only boy who actually hugs me—placing his paws on my shoulders, rubbing his face against mine, and just soaking in the affection. He’s floppy, sweet, and always eager for attention. With his docile, happy-go-lucky personality, he lets me handle him however I like and will talk to me as if we’re having full conversations. He’s a true people-lover and always wants to be part of whatever’s going on. He’s never met a person he doesn’t  adore and snuggly on. He is everyone of my helpers & my husband’s  favorite Dad because of how confident and snuggly he is!

Fun Facts About Remi

• Not a lap cat, but a total lovebug – He won’t jump up in our laps, but he’ll throw himself at our feet, purring like crazy. 

• A talker – He always has something to say! His kittens have inherited this, especially when traveling—they let you know exactly how they feel about it.

• Hormone-induced glow-up coming soon – As an active breeding male, his coat is shorter, and his face has a more serious look. Once neutered, he’ll fluff out even more, and his features will soften into an even dreamier look. You can see some of his past kittens below! 

 Remington He passes down decent eye color, an average size for boys (12-13lbs), and that signature silky non matting medium coat and in some cases a plush non matting coat. But what really sets his kittens apart is their temperament. Somehow, he enhances the mother’s personality!  Remington seems to pass his face and coat, but I see how much the mother’s personality traits shine when paired with Remi.

Depending on the mom’s personality, his kittens range from relaxed and lazy to playful and extra snuggly, but every single one is a dream to handle. Most of Remi’s kittens travel well, with a few being crybabies about carriers and car rides. They seem to take in the same nuzzling and hugging personalities of Remi too.

Adopters have been obsessed with his kittens, often preferring them over my previous male’s babies. Some even own kittens from both fathers (same mom!), and they’ve noticed a real difference in personality—Remington’s kittens just have that extra special sweetheart and docile demeanor.
