Feeding Guidelines for Wholesome Raw ONLY
Step 1 For Wholesome RAW:
Buy these blends and serve altogether.
Do not buy the blend with veggies.
Turkey (fortified with bone) NOT Complete Blend which is for dogs
Duck (fortified with bone) NOT Complete Blend which is for dogs
Chicken (fortified with bone) NOT Complete Blend which is for dogs
Beef (fortified with bone) NOT Complete Blend which is for dogs
You MUST add pork/duck to every meal see Step 3.
The average kitten eats 8 oz of raw per day and an adult eats 10 oz (give or take!)
That's roughly 15-18lbs a month.
Step 2:
Purchase canned sardines, salmon or mackerel (in water, NO salt) and feed a spoonful 2x a week.
Must add whole egg 2x a week
Step 3:
Cat's need 30% fat and should have fattier meats in their diet. Duck and pork are very fatty and should be a staple in their diet. You can:
- Add pork loin/butt/shoulder or Duck from your local grocery store to your kitty's premade meal. Make sure you purchase pork that has no sodium injected. Add a couple pieces of pork to every meal.
The more variety you feed the better nutrient availability you are providing. Cat's should be fed majority red meats such as Beef, Venison, pork, duck, lamb or bison.
